About Deb

Debra Tubbs (Ed.S., MBA, ISSA Nutritionist & Health Coach) was born and raised in Dallas, TX, where she developed a love for southern cuisine influenced by her family and friends. Her culinary journey began at 12 when she sought to make family backyard BBQs/holiday meals healthier, a dedication that continues to inspire her work today. Her unwavering commitment to healthy eating is a source of inspiration for all of us.

She worked in cafeterias like Furr's and Luby's, learning about portion control, flavor balancing, and food safety for public consumption. Though she later shifted her focus to support her growing family and pursued careers in Banking, Pharmaceuticals, and Education, her passion for nutritious meals never faded.

Deb often showcased her culinary skills at work gatherings and family and friends events, encouraging her to explore a catering career. After years in corporate America, Deb boldly followed her passion by launching her full meal-prep service. Her service is dedicated to providing busy professionals on the go with healthy, budget-friendly, delicious meals that fit their lifestyles while offering a convenient and stress-free solution to meal planning.
